Bespoke trainingAnything is possible
Do you have a specific training requirement — a new unit, a particular procedure or a unique operational situation? BC-opleidingen develops a hands-on training programme entirely to measure, geared to your equipment, your people and your working environment. Almost anything is possible; we set the price together with you on request.
Your training, your starting points
Not every training need fits into a standard programme. Do you work with specialist equipment, do your own protocols apply, or would you like to practise a scenario offered nowhere else? Then we build a training programme around it — from a short practical instruction to a multi-day programme with theory, practice and case studies.
We tailor the content, level, duration, group size and location to your situation. Training can take place at our facilities in Enkhuizen or, where possible, at your own site and with your own equipment. Our instructors translate your requirement into a safe, repeatable and assessable programme.

Hyperlite training for Wärtsilä Underwater Services
For Wärtsilä Underwater Services, BC-opleidingen delivered a training programme covering the deployment and use of the Hyperlite — a transportable recompression chamber for the emergency treatment of diving injuries. Practical operating instructions were drawn up specifically for this unit, running as a common thread throughout the training.
Alongside hands-on work with the Hyperlite, considerable attention is given to decompression theory, using the unit in combination with the standard 3-person decompression tank, running medical and malfunction scenarios and applying treatment tables.

About the Hyperlite
The SOS Hyperlite is a transportable, non-metallic recompression chamber (hyperbaric stretcher) for the emergency treatment of decompression sickness among other conditions. The unit is light, fits into a few transport cases and can be pressurised quickly on site — including for 100% oxygen treatments according to international treatment tables. This allows a casualty to be recompressed on the spot and transported under pressure or transferred to a larger decompression tank.
Transportable
About 50 kg, packed in a few cases — quick to deploy, even at remote locations.
Working pressure up to 2.3 bar
Up to approximately 3.3 ATA; suitable for 100% oxygen treatments, including US Navy treatment table 6.
Non-metallic chamber
The only internationally approved non-metallic recompression chamber for full oxygen therapy.
Structure of the training
The training lasts 2 days, has room for a maximum of 6 participants and is delivered by 2 instructors from BC-opleidingen. This means several people are trained at the same time.
