NDC-RI

National Diving Centre – Registration Institute

BC-opleidingen is recognised by NDC-RI for providing professional diving training in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations. NDC-RI is the Registration Institute (Registratie Instelling) for civil diving work in the Netherlands. Once you have successfully passed the examination or proficiency test taken by an independent examination body (such as Hobéon-SKO), you are registered by NDC-RI in the Register Civiele Duikarbeid (Register of Civil Diving Work).

Hobéon-SKO

Hobéon-SKO is an independent organisation that safeguards the quality of non-government-funded education. Recognition by Hobéon-SKO confirms that our training programmes meet high quality standards in terms of content, instructors, facilities and examination.

Registration System for Civil Diving Work

All professional diving training programmes offered by BC-opleidingen are designed in accordance with the registration system for civil diving work, established under the responsibility of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment and managed by SWOD. This system describes the requirements that professional divers in the Netherlands must meet in order to be registered.

IMCA

International Marine Contractors Association

BC-opleidingen is a member of IMCA and recognised by IMCA as a training provider. Among other things, we offer the IMCA-recognised Diver Medic Technician (DMT) training, valid for international offshore diving assignments in accordance with the IMCA guidelines.

RI-NIPV

Registration Institute – Netherlands Institute for Public Safety

For the firefighter diver training programmes, BC-opleidingen is recognised by RI-NIPV. The examinations and proficiency tests for, among others, the Brandweerduiker (firefighter diver) and the Duikploegleider Brandweer (fire service dive team leader) are administered by an independent examination body, after which you are registered by RI-NIPV in the RDB (Register duikarbeid brandweer en politie – Register of fire service and police diving work).

SWOD

Stichting Werken Onder Overdruk (Foundation for Working Under Hyperbaric Pressure)

Our training programmes fall under the sector-specific registration schemes of the Sector Working Under Hyperbaric Pressure. These schemes are managed by SWOD (Stichting Werken Onder Overdruk).
