In line with the recommendation from “Tweede orde leren van (bijna-)ongevallen”, explicit practice is given to unexpected events.

What does the law require?
Fire brigade divers and dive team leaders have been registered with the NIPV since 1 October 2024. To keep your registration, you show every two years, with your logbook, that you have practised enough. The industry guideline on ongoing professional competence (2026) determines which exercises these are. At BC-opleidingen every course follows that guideline, and you receive the right code for your logbook.
