World-class facilities, all on one campus
You learn this trade by doing it — with real depth, real equipment and real supervision. Everything below is on our own site at the Markermeer, not rented by the hour somewhere else.

21-metre dive basin, adjustable to the centimetre
Our outdoor basin has a movable floor that sets steplessly — centimetre-accurate — to any depth between the surface and 21 metres. Train the same exercise at increasing depth on the same day.

Indoor dive towers
Conditioned indoor towers for skill training in controlled visibility and temperature, before you move to open water.

Decompression chamber on site
A decompression chamber on campus, embedded in the safety organisation that supports every training dive here.

LARS and surface-supplied spreads
Launch-and-recovery systems, dive control and communications: you train inside the working environment you will meet offshore and inshore.

XVR scenario dome
Virtual-reality scenario training for realistic incident and team exercises — unique for dive training.

Own training vessel
Open-water training from our own vessel on the Markermeer, steps away from the classrooms.
The whole diving industry, one location
Civil and government diving knowledge under one roof — so you train alongside every discipline you will meet in your career, and you can keep specialising here after you qualify.
Civil professional diving (A9 – B50)
The full Dutch scope structure: SCUBA to surface-supplied heavy work to 50 metres.
Government & fire-brigade diving
Rescue and public-safety diving programmes, recognised for the Dutch fire service.
Diver Medic Technician
The only IMCA-approved Diver Medic Technician provider in the Netherlands and the Benelux — initial and refresher courses.
Underwater welding
Qualify as a welder-diver at our Hyperbaric Welding Center, a joint venture with the Dutch Welding Institute (DNV personnel certification).
Recertification
Keep your registration current — recertification for every scope, year-round.
Testing & facility rental
Companies test equipment and rent our facilities — you train in a working industry hub, not a classroom island.
A qualification you can take abroad
The Dutch professional diving scheme (NDC-RI registration, independent Hobéon examination) is internationally oriented: it appears on IMCA’s list of recognised national schemes (IMCA D 01/18), Dutch B50 qualifications are named on the UK HSE list of approved diving qualifications, and ADAS (Australia) operates a crossover for Dutch certificates. Tell us where you want to work and we will explain exactly what your target market requires — including what it does not automatically cover.
